How do you prepare the Avontuur Mix?

There are 2 different preparation instructions.

For our SW Chili, Sweet & Sour, and Thyme patty mixes:

1. Pour packet into a small mixing bowl.
2. Add ½ cup hot water, stir until thoroughly mixed. Let sit for 7 to 10 minutes.
3. Form patties (or meatballs, or small chunks for salads, omelets, and tacos).
4. Bake, fry, or grill for a few minutes at medium heat.

For our Original Avontuur Patty Mix:

1. Pour packet into a small mixing bowl.
2. Add 2/3 cup hot water, stir until thoroughly mixed. Let sit for 10 minutes.
3. Form patties (or meatballs, or small chunks for salads, omelets, and tacos).
4. Bake, fry, or grill for a few minutes at medium heat
